Returns & Exchanges

Delivery Information

* All items are ready-to-wear (unless stated otherwise) and will ship within 1-2 days.

* All UK orders will be delivered the next working day via DHL Express.

* All orders will be sent out Monday – Friday, we do not ship on Saturday. Any order placed on Friday after 12 will be dispatched the following Monday or Tuesday (if Monday is a Bank holiday).

* All deliveries have to be signed-for. If no-one is at home to accept the delivery a card will be left or a re-delivery will be attempted. It’s recommended to use your work address to assure a prompt delivery. 

* Any refund made will be minus the total cost of delivery and return fees if the delivery is refused. 

* While we endeavor to deliver all orders within the recommended time frame, we cannot be held responsible for any delay that may occur along the way (custom clearance, etc…)

* For US, Australian, Canadian customers, we are not responsible for any custom charges that may occur and do not have control over these. We therefore recommend you check these with your respective countries before placing your orders.

Returns & Exchanges

* Every return made to us will be at your own costs. This is why it is important that you check our size guide before placing your order.

* Returns must be made a max of 5 days after the item has been received. Gone past this deadline, your return won't be accepted. We do not accept returns on sale items unless, these are faulty.

* We can only accept a return on sale items if, the item is damaged and it should be sent back in the original state, unworn, not altered and with the original tags.

* Before returning any item back to us, please make sure you use a recorded service and contact us to receive a return address.

*When returning an item to us, please do specify whether you want an exchange or refund. If you want an exchange, please do indicate which item you want to exchange it for.

* We do not cover costs for return items.

* All exchange will be based on stock availability.

Refunds

  • We can only accept returns for ready-to-wear items. Please get in touch with us before returning an item.
  • The refund will be made using the same method used at the time of purchase.If the returned item is a sale item, the refund will be made in the form of a store credit or you can choose to get a different item for the same amount.
  • Refunds will be completed within 7 days after the item has been received.  Please note that, credit card refund may take up to 10 working days to appear on your account, this depends on the bank you are with. Unfortunately we do not have any control over this and will advise you to contact your bank.
  • Store Credit will be available immediately after 2 to 3 working days processing time and come in the form of code sent through your email.
  • please note that refunds are not accepted for custom made items. Once the work has started, we cannot stop the process as we’ll still have to pay our artisans / workers.
  • FREE SHIPPING: Items advertised as "Free Shipping" that are returned for a refund will be charged a shipping fee for UK & Europe. This is £6 for UK and £15 for US for all orders under £150.
  • Customers will have to bear the costs for returned items.

We do accept Paypal and Credit Card payments.

SALE ITEMS 

* Sale items can only be accepted and refunded if they are faulty or damaged.

 LATE RETURNS

* Unfortunately late returns will not be accepted and will be returned to you.

Important Information

  • We're unable to cancel/amend orders once they have been dispatched.
  • Please make sure that the shipping address is correct as we're unable to redirect orders once they have been dispatched.
  • Please make sure that your provide your phone number and email when placing your order. This will enable you to get an update regarding the status of your delivery.
  • Before we dispatch your orders, we may need to confirm your details with your card provider for security reasons.
  • Our delivery process starts the moment the order is accepted. If you realized that you've made an error and order the wrong item, please make sure you contact us ASAP preferably within 24 hours.
  • We ship all orders via recorded delivery to ensure that all orders are tracked closely until delivery. Please note that we do not have any control over custom delays or fees. 
  • If you made your order with PayPal, we will refund your PayPal account. If you used a gift card to pay for the entirety of your order, we will refund your order onto a replacement gift card. If you used a gift card to part pay for your order, we will refund the amount used on the gift card to a replacement gift card and the rest on to your credit/debit card or PayPal account.
