Shipping Policy
Uk Delivery
* All orders are processed within 1 to 2 working days. We use DHL Express for deliveries the next working day. All Standard orders sent with Royal Mail 1st Class Recorded.
* All orders will be sent out Monday – Friday, we do not ship on Weekends and Bank Holidays.
* All delivery will have to be signed-for. If no-one is at home to accept the delivery a card will be left or a re-delivery will be re-attempted. It’s recommended to use your work address to assure a prompt delivery.
* Any refund made will be minus the total cost of delivery and return fees if the delivery is refused.
* Refused deliveries will incur the cost of the original plus the return cost.
* While we endeavour to deliver all orders within the recommended time frame, we cannot be held responsible for any delay that may occur along the way (custom clearance, etc…)
International Delivery
* We use DHL Express and USPS to ensure quicker delivery at reasonable costs.
* Unfortunately, there is no next day delivery option for international deliveries. Most items are usually delivered within 1-3 working days for express deliveries and 3-7 working days for standard deliveries..
* We used a signed for delivery service and someone will need to be in to accept your delivery. If not then a card will be left where you can arrange re-delivery or to collect from the depot.To minimize delays we recommend using your work address as your delivery address.
* Whilst we endeavor to deliver ASAP, we cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by the customs clearance of the destination country.

USA Deliver

* US orders may be subject to customs or import duties once they reach their destination. Unfortunately, HouseOfSarah14 does not have any control over these charges and therefore cannot be responsible for these.
Please note that these charges vary from one country to the other and unfortunately, we are not able to tell you in advance what you'll be charges if at all. You can get in touch with your local customs office before placing you order and they should be able to give you the correct information.
Once your order has been shipped, you will receive an email containing tracking details to the relevant courier site. You should be able to track your order within 24 hours to see the progress of your delivery.
