Avocado is for me a one of a kind fruit and I really love it for all the vertues it has. Contrary to other fruits, Avocado is full of healthy fats and should be consumed on a regular basis. Here am going to name 5 Reasons Why I think everyone Should Eat Avocado Regularly and why these healthy fats are good for the body.

Avocados can be eaten in various ways such as salads, alone, as a paste and much more. Avocados also come in many shapes, size and colors, but the bottom line is, they achieve the same goal. Avocados contain a wide range of nutrients and some of them are listed below:

Another reason as to why You Should Eat Avocado Regularly is because it is loaded with fiber. We all know that fibers are great for the body and play a big role in our digestion. Fibers contribute to weight loss and can reduce the cholesterol level. If you are thinking about loosing weight, you should consider eating more avocados than usual and the great thing about it is that it's healthy.

Avocados are high in antioxydants and contain nutrients called Lutein and Zeaxanthin, which are incredibly important for our eyes well-being.

Arthritis is a well-known disease in the western world and many people suffer from it. Most people affected with this disease are bound to bear it for the rest of their lifes. The good news is that studies have shown that an extract from avocados and soybean oils can significantly reduce the symptoms.
